The Alumni Exchange Association (AEA) is an independent, alumni-led membership association representing graduates of United States Government-sponsored exchange programmes in Zimbabwe. Established to connect, empower and inspire exchange alumni, the Association serves as a national platform for professional networking, leadership development, mentorship, entrepreneurship, innovation, knowledge sharing, and community engagement.
The Association brings together alumni from diverse exchange programmes and creates opportunities for continued collaboration, lifelong learning, civic participation, and contribution to national development. Today, AEA is a growing national network comprising more than 1,500 alumni located throughout Zimbabwe.
