EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Alumni Exchange Association (AEA) is an independent, alumni-led membership association representing graduates of United States Government-sponsored exchange programmes in Zimbabwe. Established to connect, empower and inspire exchange alumni, the Association serves as a national platform for professional networking, leadership development, mentorship, entrepreneurship, innovation, knowledge sharing, and community engagement.

PARTNERSHIP & COLLABORATION
The Alumni Exchange Association believes that sustainable impact is achieved through collaboration. The Association works with local, regional, and international partners in implementing programmes and creating opportunities for alumni. The summit brought together alumni leaders, professionals, innovators, entrepreneurs, and development practitioners from more than twenty-five African countries.
The Alumni Exchange Association is an independent, non-partisan membership organisation. The Association does not endorse political parties or candidates and conducts all its activities in accordance with its Constitution and the laws of Zimbabwe.
